I would keep your doctor informed on your symptoms, especially given your complications, and go into the hospital if you feel at all unsure about what you are experiencing. Teresa,

I went into labor at 35 and 4...but my Dr was out of town, Physician on call didn't want to deliver due to the MANY complications I've had this pregnancy. I have a Sub-Chorionic right above my cervix....measures about 6.5 cm by 2.5 cm...it's quite large. No bleeding since the initial hemorrhage....taking meds etc. Since going into labor Fri, I've went back to the hosp on Mon with infrequent contractions that are quite strong. I'm a repeat section, and now the baby's movements have decreased, having a TON of Bm's for the last two days, nausea, severe heartburn, and I'm 1cm dilated. Are these signs that I might possibly be gearing up to go into labor again? my specialist said he didn't believe I'd make it to 39 weeks....just wanting input. I’m 36 and 3 today.
