It is very important to take time for your child's teacher. With my son, I send little appreciation gifts, for not only teaching him, but with his Type 1 Diabetes, in a way she's helping me take care of him, which really means a lot to me. She loves coffee, so I got her a coffee mug with a small bag of coffee and wrapped it. For Valentine's day I'm sending my son with a flower and some chocolates.
